Terms of Use

HypeGameRoom is a free, play-money game room for entertainment. It is not real-money gambling and does not offer the chance to win real money or anything of value. No purchase is ever necessary, and no purchase increases your chances of winning anything.

Hypes are a free, virtual scoreboard currency with no real-world value. They cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, cashed out, withdrawn, or transferred between players. If you run out, you can reset your balance for free. Hypes do not represent money or credit and grant no ongoing rights.

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by your jurisdiction) to use HypeGameRoom. The site is intended for use where such entertainment is legal. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your location.

Accounts are optional and use passwordless sign-in. Keep access to your email secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the site to break the law, disrupt the service, or infringe others' rights.

Paid memberships unlock cosmetic and tool features only (themes, ad-free play, deeper simulations, creator tools). They never sell Hypes, alter game odds or outcomes, or unlock the ability to play — every game is free for everyone. Memberships renew until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime; billing is handled by our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Don't attempt to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the games, the economy, or other players' experience. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other users.

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game results are generated for entertainment and are not a prediction of real-gambling outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HypeGameRoom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Because the service is free to play and Hypes have no monetary value, your use is at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
